Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Program Lead to manage and innovate for enterprise clients using their cloud-based technology. In this remote role, the successful candidate will oversee IT operations, manage communication across teams, and facilitate the adoption of best practices in the fields of clinical and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years in IT project management and a proven track record in program management. The position offers a competitive compensation package along with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven program management track record leading implementation teams.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations at customer sites for Veeva's R&D SaaS solutions.
• Manage communication between services teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties.
• Oversee customer release management programs including planning and tracking.
• Support analysis of customer requirements for adoption and enhancement.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices for success.
