Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is looking for experienced Project Managers to join its Commercial Services team. This remote, full-time role involves leading the implementation of Veeva Vault Commercial solutions for major life sciences organizations.

The successful candidate will manage project delivery, support customer stakeholders, and ensure alignment across teams. A minimum of 8 years of experience in software implementation is required, alongside exceptional communication and management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software implementation and project management.
• Demonstrated success in technology implementations or IT operations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with content or data management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Veeva’s Commercial solutions from initiation to go-live.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams and dependencies across projects.
• Guide customers in adopting best practices for long-term value.
• Monitor project progress, managing risks and issues proactively.
• Define success metrics and report on project performance.
