Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and BKMs to service new products and contribute to the FMECA process.
• Lead first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab; coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Review Top Field Issues with Q&R; participate in CAPA and FA as needed.
• Develop and document installation, retrofit and maintenance procedures (Technical Product Manuals).
• Develop training material with Global Technical Training and train assigned staff.
• Identify parts to stock and coordinate with AGS to ensure proper stocking locations.
