Responsibilities

• Develop BKMs to service new products; contribute to FMECA.
• Own Build & Test in Apps lab; address issues with Eng and Manufacturing.
• Review Top Field Issues with Q&R; participate in CAPA; perform FA if needed.
• Create procedures to install, retrofit and maintain products (Manuals).
• Create CENs, ISBs and troubleshooting guides as required.
• Collect data to create product BKMs.
• Prepare training for new products; work with GTT and train CEs, PSEs, TPS.
• Identify parts to be stocked by AGS and ensure correct locations.
