Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. seeks a Global Product Support Engineer to develop and publish maintenance strategies for new products, troubleshoot field issues, and support successful product rollouts.

You will use your project management skills, mechanical aptitude, and data analysis to drive service excellence while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. This is a Kalispell-based, full-time role with 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field related to materials or manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of engineering or technical field experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Position based in Kalispell, MT.

Responsibilities

• Participate in lab and field installation of new products.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop procedures and assist on New Product final test.
• Develop procedures and BKMs to service new products.
• Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering.
• Support beta site test plans and reporting.
• Coordinate with Q&R on Top Field Issues and outputs.
