Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs).
• Experience with Failure Analysis (FA) and working with Quality & Reliability departments.
• Capability to train Customer Engineers and create training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document procedures for new product startup and maintenance.
• Participate in the build and test phases for new products.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve product issues.
