Job summary

Cisco is seeking a senior Product Operations professional to lead the design and continuous improvement of product lifecycle processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align workflows, strengthen governance, and drive data quality across PLM, product data, and BI domains.

Responsibilities include defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making while guiding change management for scalable, modern workflows globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in Product Operations, BPM, PLM, or related functions.
• Experience establishing KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and governance.
