Job summary

You will define requirements for KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, drive governance across product master data and lifecycle operations, and champion change management to scale operations globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operations, data analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, BP, PLM, or related functions.
• Experience supporting PLM, product data, BOM, engineering change, and lifecycle governance in a complex environment.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to define scalable processes.
• Experience with KPI development, dashboarding, reporting requirements, and operational performance management.
