Job summary

Cisco is seeking a seasoned leader to drive product compliance, cloud security, and strategic operations across global product lines. You will shape long-term strategies, scale operations, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM to ensure regulatory readiness and market access in a fast-evolving landscape.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, automate workflows, and generate executive dashboards that guide data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree with 7+ years of related experience, or a Master’s with 4+ years of related experience.
• 7+ years in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs in cloud/enterprise technology environments.
• Prior experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CSA STAR).

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies across regions.
• Drive standardization, automation, and portfolio governance for on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to scale compliance operations and audit readiness.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM to improve execution and remove blockers.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and metrics to support data-driven decision making.
• Drive strategy, operational scale, and cross-functional execution across the global compliance portfolio.
