Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Global Product Lifecycle Engineer for electrical infrastructure in AWS data centers. You will guide product design, evaluate manufacturing processes, and own the product through its lifecycle.

Travel ~30% across domestic and some international sites is expected. The role requires hands-on design, fabrication and installation experience with electrical products and a strong ability to assess design changes for reliability and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience designing electrical/electronic products for production.
• Ability to interpret and apply electrical standards and requirements.
• Knowledge of manufacturability and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and approve electrical equipment submittals.
• Collaborate with global suppliers and manufacturers.
• Support field engineering with root cause analysis and maintenance guidance.
• Explain complex systems clearly to stakeholders.
• Lead product improvement and design change assessments.
