Job summary

Repligen in New Jersey is seeking a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to drive development and commercialization of spectroscopy-based analytical solutions and their integration into bioprocessing systems. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define product needs and advance opportunities across process development and manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 5+ years in product management or related roles.
Experience with analytical instrumentation or bioprocessing is preferred.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies and connected analytical solutions.
Translate business objectives and market needs into product requirements and priorities.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction to stakeholders.
Coordinate roadmaps and integration priorities across hardware, software and data workflows.
Engage customers and partners to validate needs and advance commercialization opportunities.
Drive product development, launches and lifecycle improvements with cross-functional teams.
Support commercial readiness, training, documentation and go-to-market planning.
