Job summary

SPX Technologies seeks a Global Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of assigned product lines from concept to end of life. You will optimize profit while guiding marketing, financial, and growth objectives across regions and channels.

Expect responsibilities in roadmapping, development, cost control, and market positioning. You will build technical product knowledge, gather VOC, analyze sales data, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to meet customer needs and

Qualifications

• Five plus years of relevant experience.
• Broad product and market knowledge.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision making.
• Technical aptitude in cooling equipment.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and update product roadmaps for assigned product lines.
• Provide market and product updates to broader team as needed.
• Participate in overall global product strategy and product development initiatives.
• Gather and analyze VOC and product sales data to identify, recommend, and implement improvements.
• Create and validate product specifications for new product development efforts.
• Identify new markets and market sizes through research and analysis.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations.
• Define and document customer requirements for new products and changes.
• Continually review portfolio to meet customer needs.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Develop competitive analysis materials and market positioning.
• Lead best practices, processes and documentation.
• Represent the company at industry events and committees.
