Job summary

KLA’s Milpitas-based Services group seeks a Product Installation Supervisor to lead global installations of the Product Portfolio at customer sites. You will guide a team of Installation Engineers, ensuring high-quality, on-time installations and upgrades aligned with production objectives.

The role emphasizes coordinating field deployments, preventing delays, and driving continuous improvement in customer experience across worldwide locations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to pull data together and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and site preparation with field teams.
• Schedule and deploy Installation engineers globally and coordinate assets.
• Manage products from shipment to timely warranty start and customer satisfaction.
• Drive installation escalations and collaborate with Field teams, Product Support, Service Operations and Manufacturing.
• Ensure operational quality of systems and validate performance with regions and customers.
