Job summary

KLA is seeking a Product Installation Supervisor to lead installations of our cutting-edge product portfolio at customer sites worldwide. You will directly and indirectly lead a team of Installation Engineers to deliver high-quality, on-time installations and upgrades that meet production objectives.

The role drives continuous improvement and collaborates with field teams, product support, and manufacturing to ensure superior customer experiences. Willingness to travel 15%+ is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 5 years of related experience.
• Experience servicing or manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to pull a large amount of data together and drive actions from this data.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally at least 15%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field teams on scheduling and site preparation.
• Schedule and deploy Installation engineers globally and coordinate assets across service.
• Manage products from shipment to ensure timely warranty start and customer satisfaction.
• Drive installation escalations and collaborate with Field teams, Product Support, Service Operations and Manufacturing Operations.
• Assure operational quality of systems and validate new Installation or Upgrade performance with regions and customers.
