Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering and new product development experience, including significant responsibility for complex, cross-functional product portfolios from concept through commercialization.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience, including demonstrated success leading managers or senior technical leaders and developing a multidisciplinary organization of comparable scale.
• Demonstrated experience leading globally distributed teams and delivering through cultural, geographic, functional, and time-zone complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the global new product development strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Own the global development portfolio including prioritization, budgets, capacity, and delivery across regions.
• Establish governance and deliver concise updates on performance, risks, and business outcomes.
• Lead portfolio reviews with executive stakeholders and align cross-functional partners to executable programs.
• Drive delivery against safety, quality, cost, timing, and launch-readiness targets while managing dependencies.
• Define and monitor portfolio metrics such as cycle time, milestones, and product cost.
• Champion continuous improvement and global processes to increase speed and consistency.
