Job summary

Gates Corporation is seeking a Global Product Line Manager for its Rubber Synchronous Drives portfolio, based in Englewood, CO. You will lead strategy, market analyses, and cross‑functional alignment with engineering to build a strong product roadmap and profitable growth.

You’ll drive new product development, pricing discipline, and global commercialization while partnering with regions, sales, and key customers to translate market insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience across product management, business development, sales, application engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own global P&L for hydraulic hose (revenue, margin, market share).
• Define and execute multi-year product line strategy aligned to corporate goals.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across markets and applications.
• Lead full product lifecycle management, including roadmap, rationalization, and SKU optimization.
• Drive new product development and global commercialization through cross-functional teams.
• Set pricing strategy and governance; ensure margin discipline globally.
• Serve as global SME, translating customer and market insights into product direction.
• Partner with regional teams, sales, and key customers on strategic and complex opportunities.
• Align engineering, operations, and manufacturing to ensure execution, supply, and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage analytics to drive continuous portfolio improvement.
