Job summary

Gates Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead process development and optimization across facilities. You will coach a team to design experiments, scale processes for new products, and support operations and business development.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and problem‑solving skills, with 25% travel and a commitment to Lean/Six Sigma practices and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strong project management and planning abilities across manufacturing.
• Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt or higher) and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer, adaptation, and optimization of manufacturing processes across Gates facilities.
• Execute experiments with proper documentation of standards and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the process engineering team.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods.
• Maintain 6-S standards and ensure HSE compliance in the work area.
