Job summary

Gates Corporation in Englewood or Denver is seeking a Global Product Line Manager for Data Center Couplings to own strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from launch to market success. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers to translate VOC into executable requirements and drive the program forward.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing, sales, or product engineering with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a readiness to travel up to 25%, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business or Marketing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing, outside field sales, application engineering and/or product engineering or business development experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for sales data analysis and graphing trends
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills to deliver high quality executive-ready presentations
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience designing, specifying, or managing products for Data Centers and/or Quick Disconnect Couplings is not required, but highly preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Leads through influence, with and without authority
• Strong technical acumen combined with commercial savviness
• Strategic mindset and strong business intuition
• Global work experience and perspective are a strength
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the data center market and competitive landscape.
• Translate customer needs and industry trends into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Act as product champion and promote Data Center Couplings with Gates' commercial team.
• Ensure features, quality, and cost objectives, and prepare market launch materials.
• Support sales with quotations, bids, and negotiation documents.
• Coordinate regional product knowledge for promotion and pipeline development.
• Provide input on manufacturing capabilities and capacity planning.
• Collaborate across regions to align on product knowledge and supply chain.
