Job summary

Gates Corporation in Englewood, CO is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans for the Fluid Power Couplings and Metals product lines. You will work closely with engineering to lay out technology roadmaps and with sales to capture VOC for market-driven solutions.

The role involves managing lifecycle projects, coordinating with global teams, and driving growth, profitability, and competitiveness across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business or Marketing from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product line management, marketing, outside field sales, application and/or product engineering, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product line strategic plans with market and competitive analysis.
• Identify new product development projects and marketing programs to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with global operations to ensure manufacturability and on-time delivery.
• Capture VOC from customers and translate into product planning and execution.
• Manage portfolio investments across the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
