Global Payments seeks a Product Analyst I to join the E2E Customer Experience Servicing Product Team and help unleash the potential of every business. The MPX & Product Enablement team focuses on delightful experiences across the customer lifecycle for internal and external customers, driving speed to market and ROI.

This role partners with Product Managers, UX, engineering, and operations to translate problems into features, prioritize backlogs, and plan releases within a SAFe Agile framework.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of business analysis, planning, development and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem solving and time management across multiple deadlines.
• Ability to operate independently within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Product Managers to translate business problems into features.
• Prioritize feature backlog based on value data metrics.
• Establish feature acceptance criteria and refine features with stakeholders and teams.
• Review and provide feedback on demos to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Create PI release plans with input from stakeholders and end users.
• Monitor development progress and update stakeholders as requested.
• Apply Agile methods and processes that encourage frequent inspection and adaption.
• Lead PI Planning and review meetings with stakeholders and end users.
• Understand product strategy, market, industry, and company goals.
