Worldpay in the United States is seeking a Product Analyst I to help the E2E Customer Experience Servicing Product Team unleash the potential of every business.

You will work with product managers and stakeholders to turn business problems into features, define acceptance criteria, and support demos and release plans. The role emphasizes agile methods, clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences, and iterative improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business problems into product features and requirements.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in prioritizing feature backlog using value data and customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problem statements and convert them into Features within the SAFe Agile Train
• Articulate product vision and features clearly to stakeholders, end users and development teams
• Prioritize and manage Feature backlog of SAFe Agile Train based on Value data metrics
• Establish Feature acceptance criteria, accept Features and refine Features with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Review and provide feedback on demos to ensure Product changes meet acceptance criteria
• Create PI release plans with input from stakeholders, end users, and development teams and run support teams
• Monitor the development progress and provide updates to stakeholders as requested
• Apply Agile methods and processes that encourage frequent inspection and adaption
• Lead PI Planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements
• Understand product strategy, market, industry and company goals
