Global Payments is seeking a Product Analyst I to join the E2E Customer Experience Servicing Product Team. You’ll translate business problems into SAFe features, articulate product vision to stakeholders, and help prioritize and refine the feature backlog to deliver world-class customer experiences.

You will work with cross-functional teams, lead PI planning, review demos, and monitor progress, contributing to strategy and go-to-market timing across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Understand business problems and convert them into features in the SAFe Agile Train.
• Communicate product vision clearly to stakeholders, end users, and development teams.
• Prioritize feature backlog based on value data metrics.
• Establish feature acceptance criteria and refine features with stakeholders and teams.
• Review demos to ensure product changes meet acceptance criteria.
• Create PI release plans with input from stakeholders and end users.
• Monitor development progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methods with frequent inspection and adaptation.
• Lead PI Planning and review meetings with stakeholders and end users.
• Understand product strategy, market, industry and company goals.
