Job summary

Copeland LP in Sidney, OH, seeks a Procurement Systems Manager to drive the Copeland Business System across procurement and supply chain, leading cross-functional teams and partnering with Oracle IT to enhance the Oracle platform.

The role requires 7–10 years in continuous improvement, procurement, materials management, or IT in manufacturing, with strong analytics and ERP experience; travel up to 25% and a hybrid work setup are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or IT field.
• 7–10 years in continuous improvement, procurement, materials management, or IT functional analysis.
• Manufacturing experience and ERP systems knowledge.
• Lean transformation experience across a global platform.
• Experience building analytics with Power BI/Tableau/Sigma/Domo and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Excellence function within Procurement Excellence.
• Apply Copeland Business System tools to achieve continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, materials, and supply chain leaders.
• Mentor and guide the Process Excellence team.
• Partner with Oracle IT to enhance the Oracle platform.
• Develop standardized metrics/dashboards with analytics.
• Document processes and train key users.
• Act as SME on Oracle procurement/planning processes.
