Job summary

Peloton Consulting Group seeks an Oracle Cloud SCM Workstream Lead with deep Indirect Procurement expertise for services industries. Lead the procurement workstream, drive solution design, and ensure successful delivery aligned with client goals.

You will partner with supply chain, finance, and sourcing stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud procurement solutions that improve spend visibility and supplier management. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations in service industries; 15+ years total Oracle experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Procurement Cloud: Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal.
• Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Understanding Procure-to-Pay processes and AP integration; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement workstream across the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Configure key Oracle Procurement Cloud modules (Self Service, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts, Services).
• Collaborate with Finance, Inventory, AP to ensure end-to-end P2P alignment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders on procurement transformation and best practices.
• Lead testing (SIT/UAT) and support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to capability development.
