Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement for the Activewear category in the United States. You will own cost structures, drive savings, and lead supplier negotiations with T1/T2 partners to achieve near should-costing while ensuring supply continuity and sustainability goals.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will leverage expertise in commodity costing, clean sheets, and AI-enabled analytics to build a transparent, competitive costing environment and a winning supply chain

Qualifications

8+ years of global apparel procurement experience.
Proven track record in RFP processes with international partners.
Experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
Experience leveraging AI-powered platforms for scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins.
Own end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners globally.
Create clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and cost optimization.
Lead Buy Plan margins and negotiate scale pricing with suppliers.
Collaborate with material sourcing and merchandising teams to ensure pricing clarity.
