Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement for the Sweaters category to own cost structures, drive savings, and secure supply. Reporting to Head of Procurement, you will leverage commodity costing, clean-sheet costing, and supplier negotiations to deliver transparent pricing and a competitive sourcing strategy.

You will lead category strategy, run RFPs with international partners, build AI-enabled processes, and collaborate with merchandising and material teams to align procurement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in retail apparel
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• Proven ability to lead RFP processes with international partners

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins as Quince scales
• Deliver cost savings while maintaining product quality and ESG considerations
• Lead RFPs from vendor identification through award to secure best pricing
• Create and utilize clean sheets to drive pricing transparency across buy events
• Collaborate with merchandising and materials teams to align cost with product design and sustainability goals
• Develop and implement AI-enabled procurement tools to run scenario analyses and improve efficiency
