Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement for Women Knits & Woven Tops to own cost structures and drive savings. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the role targets should-costing, supply continuity, and alignment with innovation and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

12-15 years of experience in global procurement in retail apparel.
Proven track record running RFPs with international partners.
Experience building clean sheets for cost negotiation.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Cross-functional collaboration with merchandising and production teams.
Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms (LLMs) to conduct scenario analysis.
Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
Experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the procurement roadmap and vendor strategy for assigned categories.
