Job summary

Quince is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Global Procurement for Activewear. You will own cost structures and drive savings, reporting to Head of Procurement, leveraging deep expertise in costing, clean sheet methods, and supplier management to push transparent pricing and a win-win supply chain.

In this role you will partner with materials, sourcing, and design teams to secure supply continuity, manage large-scale supplier negotiations, and build scalable frameworks including AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain for retail apparel.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen; experience with AI-powered platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the procurement category strategy and vendor distribution for assigned categories.
• Deliver targeted product cost reductions and maintain product quality and ESG standards.
• Lead RFP ownership from vendor identification to award and negotiation.
• Collaborate with technology to embed procurement capabilities into vendor tools.
• Develop and leverage AI-driven scenario analyses for sourcing decisions.
• Manage buy plans, pricing transparency, and scale costing for materials.
• Partner with merchandising, materials, and production teams to align cost with design goals.
• Negotiate launch costs and schedule regular price renegotiations as volumes grow.
• Drive supply continuity and contribute to sustainable competitive advantage.
