Job summary

Maersk is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the Service Delivery Process transformation for MEC topics, Ground Freight, and E-Commerce. You will own process standards, partner with stakeholders, and ensure efficient, compliant delivery of services to customers worldwide.

You will collaborate with Platform teams and regional units to prioritize technology and control enhancements, monitor adoption, and guide change management as part of a cutting-edge Platform Operating Model.

Qualifications

• Understanding of business financials and performance drivers.
• Expertise in process mapping, redesign, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
• Strong data-driven decision making and metrics definition.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEC taxonomy and process mappings within assigned topics.
• Review and drive productivity-related initiatives.
• Serve as SME for Product and Implementation teams.
• Create, manage, and govern standard process frameworks for customer implementation and BAU activities.
• Coordinate with GPLs for cross-topic expertise when needed.
• Lead relevant GRC assessments and business reviews for MEC.
• Partner with Platform and SMEs to align, secure sign-off, and optimize processes.
