You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and operating capabilities to translate insights into action.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Understanding of technology-enabled transformation and agile delivery practices.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and accelerate execution.
• Identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes with business and technology leaders.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and investment decisions balancing business value and delivery capacity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver sustainable business value and impact.
• Improve governance, operating models, processes, and ways of working to raise organizational maturity.
• Deliver executive insights and performance intelligence for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor and change leader to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
