Job summary

Maersk in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Service Delivery Process transformation for MEC and related topics. You will own taxonomy, drive standardization, and partner with Platform and SMEs to deliver scalable, high-quality processes.

This role focuses on productivity initiatives, risk management, and seamless adoption across regional teams, with cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the business financials and company performance drivers.
• Expertise in process mapping, redesign, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, problem solving and metrics definition capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management on all levels, concise communicator and expertise in cross-functional teamwork.
• Proven track record in leading transformation and change initiatives.
• Understanding of operational excellence/lean methodology approach.
• Experience in one or more of these areas: managing carriers, warehouse labelling operations, monitoring carrier performances, consulting, managing P&L of a parcel delivery business, operating a parcel delivery business, product management/tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns a portion of MEC taxonomy, drives standardization, and governance of processes.
• Drives productivity initiatives and risk management within MEC.
• Acts as SME for Product and Implementation teams; supports roadmap and release planning.
• Manages standard process frameworks and customer implementation activities.
• Coordinates with GPLs when topic requires cross-topic expertise; supports change governance.
