Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage MEC taxonomy, process mapping, and policy definitions.
• Review, discover, and drive productivity initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Product and Implementation teams.
• Create and govern standard process frameworks for customer implementation and BAU activities.
• Coordinate with GPLs for topics needing external process expertise.
• Lead relevant GRC assessments and business reviews for MEC.
• Partner with Platform and SMEs to align, sign-off and optimize processes.
• Prioritize technology requirements and scalable process design; act as process owner in change governance.
• Define process performance metrics; monitor adherence and adoption.
• Represent frontline feedback in roadmap; support change management.
• Review won businesses for readiness before implementation.
• Manage health metrics and standardization index for MEC.
• Drive assigned business improvement initiatives.
