Job summary

Maersk, a global leader in container logistics, seeks a dynamic leader to drive the Service Delivery Process transformation for MEC. You will own taxonomy, standardize processes, and partner with platform teams to ensure scalable, cost-efficient delivery.

Understanding of business financials and performance drivers.
Expertise in process mapping, redesign, risk assessment, and controls.
Strong data-driven decision-making and metrics definition capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management on all levels and cross-functional teamwork.
Proven track record in leading transformation and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage MEC taxonomy, process mapping, and business policies.
Review, discover, and drive productivity initiatives.
Act as SME for Product and Implementation teams.
Create, manage, and govern standard process frameworks for customer implementation and BAU activities.
Coordinate with GPLs for cross-topic process expertise.
Lead GRC assessments and Business Reviews for MEC.
Partner with Platform and SMEs to align, sign-off, and optimize processes.
