Job summary

Maersk is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the Service Delivery Process transformation for MEC, MEC taxonomy ownership, and productivity initiatives. You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure standardized, high‑quality service delivery that aligns with operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities include governance of process frameworks, collaboration with Product, Implementation, and Platform teams, and driving measurable improvements in efficiency and controls across regions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in process mapping, redesign, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
• Strong data‑driven decision making and metrics definition capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEC taxonomy, map processes, define policies and controls.
• Review, discover and drive productivity initiatives and improvements.
• Serve as SME for Product and Implementation teams.
• Create and govern standard process frameworks for customer implementations.
• Collaborate with Platform teams to align requirements and sign‑offs.
• Define performance and compliance metrics; monitor adoption across regions.
