Qualifications

• Doctorate or master’s degree with relevant supply chain experience.
• Broad knowledge of GMP/GDP and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading global processes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements into pragmatic processes.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and audits.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and improve global QMS processes for W&D/SCS.
• Shape strategic direction and roadmaps for W&D/SCS QMS.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on processes.
• Provide guidance for risk-based assessments.
• Establish governance, metrics and reporting for processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve global process effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Quality and GMP/GDP network to align standards.
• Support audit and inspection response strategies and management reviews.
• Lead change management for QMS and regulatory updates.
• Build a global network of SMEs for alignment and execution.
