Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Global Process Owner for Warehousing, Distribution & Supply Chain Security to standardize and govern QMS processes across the network. You will shape strategy, oversee governance, and partner with Quality to ensure compliance and continual improvement.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, assess regulatory changes, and drive risk-based controls across W&D/SCS, influencing global priorities and performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and governance of global processes in a regulated setting.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and improve global QMS processes for W&D/SCS.
• Lead strategic direction and future-state roadmap for W&D/SCS QMS.
• Monitor regulatory developments and interpret impact on processes.
• Provide strategic guidance for risk-based assessments and controls.
• Establish governance with metrics, indicators and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve process effectiveness.
• Align standards with Quality and GMP/GDP networks.
• Lead audit/inspection response strategies and reviews.
• Drive change management for QMS updates and regulatory changes.
• Build a global SME network to drive alignment and execution.
