Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Associate Distribution Process Owner to drive process improvements in distribution networks and support technology enhancements aligned with U.S. market requirements.

The role collaborates with Distribution, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvements. Strong project management and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain operations, or process improvement roles.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP/TMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate activities into a roadmap to support productivity and the integrated EDI digital journey.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and problem-solving in distribution processes and systems.
• Address and resolve issues escalated through the distribution organization with recommended actions.
