Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher with 2+ years in Supply Chain or related field; or Master’s with 4+ years; or Bachelor’s with 6+ years; or Associate with 10+ years; or HS diploma with 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and improve global QMS processes for Warehousing & Distribution and Supply Chain Security.
• Lead strategic direction and future-state roadmap for W&D/SCS QMS with stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into global standards and controls.
• Provide guidance for risk-based assessments to inform priorities and actions.
• Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for global processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen process effectiveness and compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality and GMP/GDP networks to align standards.
• Provide leadership in audit and inspection response strategies.
• Lead change management for QMS and regulatory changes.
• Build a global network of SMEs to drive alignment and execution.
