Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related degree required.
• Masters Degree – Business or an area related to their area of expertise preferred.
• 10 to 12 years progressively responsible experience in the field related to the process area being managed.
• 5 years experience in a change management role.
• Experience leading change in an organization.
• Experience with Lean technics, project management and process improvement.
• Ability to travel 0-25%

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain process vision and strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead process design and improvement across cross-functional areas.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and align goals with solution architecture.
• Drive performance by defining KPIs and prioritizing backlog with IT.
• Champion change and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Ensure governance and design integrity of processes.
