Job summary

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, prioritize features, and mentor leaders in lean management while ensuring alignment with end-user and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Process Owner, or related role.
• Experience leading enterprise process or system change management efforts with stakeholder alignment, planning, training, and reinforcement.
• Experience working across global teams to standardize processes while balancing regional needs.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and processes in highly technical environments by engaging end users and linking change to business value.
• Strong facilitation skills for global workshops, process mapping sessions, requirements reviews, and change impact assessments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in PM, Engineering, CS, Software Eng., Business, or related field; travel may be required.
