Milwaukee Tool seeks a Principal Process Owner to accelerate our product development culture through robust process analysis and actionable improvements. You will lead cross-functional teams across our corporate office and global partners, prioritizing user, business, and stakeholder needs, while ensuring scalable processes and strong change leadership.

The role emphasizes driving end-to-end project outcomes, training, and executive-level reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner or related role in enterprise processes/products.
Experience leading organizational change management for enterprise process/system implementations.
Experience working across global teams to standardize and deploy processes.
Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and processes in technical environments.

Responsibilities

Act as project CEO, owning outcomes and driving urgency across the team.
Lead cross-functional teams, prioritizing in a climate of change.
Develop and deliver training across organization for lean management tools.
Define requirements with stakeholders and drive development of software products and processes.
Plan backlog grooming, iteration planning, and user story elaboration for Global Engineering.
Remove impediments and escalate blockers to ensure release goals.
Establish metrics and report progress to executives and partners.
