Job summary

WS Audiology Group is seeking a Global Process Governance Analyst to streamline customer service processes across ERP, Salesforce, EDI and eCommerce. You will map, analyze and simplify processes, create clear documentation, and work with regional teams to implement practical improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Process Engineer or similar.
• Hands-on experience with process analysis, mapping, design or improvement.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, flows, guidelines or work instructions.
• Experience working with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into improvements.
• Exposure to change management, process implementation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management or related commercial processes is a plus.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, Salesforce, eCommerce or EDI processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map and improve global customer service and commercial processes, identifying gaps and simplifications.
• Create and maintain clear process flows, documentation, guidelines and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams and local affiliates to understand challenges and improve processes.
• Investigate process-related issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
• Support process design, testing and implementation of business and system changes.
• Contribute to process improvement and change initiatives, supporting teams through adoption.
• Work with processes across ERP, Salesforce, eCommerce and EDI environments with relevant teams.
• Support global standards while considering data governance and GDPR requirements.
