Job summary

ABB in the United States (Mebane, NC) seeks a Business Process Analyst to analyze, manage, and improve global end-to-end processes in a hybrid role. You will guide the IS team in implementing process solutions and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adoption across functions.

Required are a Bachelor’s in CS or Engineering and 5 years in ecommerce or digitalization tools, with strong SAP SD/MM, ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Windchill PLM knowledge. You’ll maintain data and deliver user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in ecommerce or digitalization tool activities.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAP SD and MM modules.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM systems.
• Experience with PLM software, Windchill PTE.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, manage, and improve global and integrated end-to-end business processes.
• Guide the Business Process Owner and IS team for the implementation of the business process application solution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain and update core data for e-commerce and configurator platforms.
• Support testing activities, change management, and user training.
