You will partner with business functions and technology teams to design, document, and improve end-to-end processes. The role emphasizes strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to influence without direct authority across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in business process analysis or related roles.
• Experience supporting process owners within a global operating model.
• Experience maintaining enterprise process documentation and governance materials.
• Experience documenting cross-functional end-to-end business process flows.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Process Owners in maintaining governance frameworks.
• Maintain process documentation, ownership structures, controls, risks, and governance artifacts.
• Support governance reviews and decision-making forums.
• Ensure process documentation aligns with established methodologies and enterprise standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive consistency, standardization, and transparency across end-to-end processes.
• Document current-state and future-state process flows, roles, and system interactions.
• Utilize SAP Signavio and other process management tools to support governance activities.
• Develop KPI reporting inputs and dashboard content for leadership reviews.
