Job summary

Woolpert is hiring a Global Process Engineer to join our Business Transformation team in the United States. You will architect and document end-to-end enterprise processes spanning lead generation to project delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.

You will translate business objectives into scalable process designs and governance standards, partnering with senior leaders to drive transformation. This role requires autonomy in ambiguous environments, strong stakeholder facilitation, and the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, organizational development, information systems, engineering, finance, or related field.
Master’s degree in business administration, organizational development, operations management, information systems, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Map and architect Woolpert's end-to-end business lifecycle across functions and systems.
Translate objectives into current and future-state process designs with cross-functional impact.
Develop enterprise process architecture artifacts and executive-ready documentation.
Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to design future-state processes.
Maintain reusable process templates and governance materials.
