Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking a Governance Coordinator for the AMER region to coordinate governance cadence, monitor service performance, and ensure timely reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage SLAs, KPIs, and escalation processes while driving continuous improvement across regional operations.

The role requires 4–6 years in service governance-related functions, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and common reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Governance, Operations, PMO, Business Operations, or related function.
• Experience coordinating governance meetings, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance cadence for the AMER region, including QBRs, service review meetings, governance forums, and dashboards.
• Prepare governance reports, meeting materials, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs across regional services and highlight risks.
• Track operational issues, risks, and escalations through to resolution and ensure follow-up.
• Support root cause analysis and identify improvements to governance processes and reporting.
• Build relationships with regional teams and provide governance reporting and insights to leadership.
