Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a process-focused professional to develop and implement end-to-end internal processes that support new product delivery and lifecycle management. You will ensure clear ownership, cross-functional alignment, and robust documentation for internal and customer use.

You will coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, delivery, and support teams, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze data, and optimize procedures for early adopters with an eye toward global expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Operations or 12+ years of related experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Experience in process consulting, operations or cross-functional programs is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Visio for documentation.
• Experience in cross-functional environments and stakeholder interviews.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP/workflow tools and process improvement methods.
• Lean, Six Sigma or other process-improvement certification is preferred.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive organizational alignment.
• Ability to travel locally up to 20% per week and drive a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end internal processes for new product delivery and support lifecycles.
• Define processes with clear ownership and accountability across functions.
• Draft, validate, and finalize processes to enable services to market.
• Coordinate process information among engineering, sales, marketing, delivery and support.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and perform data analysis to identify current processes.
• Support readiness for early adopters and optimize procedures from feedback.
• Facilitate process review sessions to promote adoption of new workflows.
• Create high-quality documentation for customers and internal teams using MS Word and Visio.
• Prepare processes for NA release with expansion goals globally.
• Present process insights and strategic plans to leadership.
