Job summary

The British Council seeks a Process Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and end-to-end planning efficiency across global FPA processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with BDS, Group FPA, and CoE teams to design solutions and embed sustainable improvements.

You will mentor a Senior Analyst, manage change control, monitor KPIs, and report progress through dashboards, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and governance standards across regions.

Qualifications

• Essential: 5+ years in end-to-end process optimisation.
• Experience creating SOPs, control frameworks, and RACI models.
• Strong financial concepts knowledge (PL, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across FPA workflows and standardisation.
• Lead change implementation plans and stakeholder communications.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure process performance.
• Lead and develop the Senior Analyst, facilitating workshops and knowledge sharing.
