Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to drive process excellence, training, knowledge management, and localization across its global Shared Services organization. You will define and execute the strategy to scale international operations with compliant, world-class customer experiences.

You will build and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, strengthen knowledge systems, and design learning programs that accelerate performance across geographies and languages.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in process excellence, operations enablement, knowledge management, training leadership, or localization strategy.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci).
• Experience scaling global operations with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set Strategic Direction for global process excellence, training, and knowledge management.
• Lead transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and change management.
• Elevate knowledge management with SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Drive localization strategy with vendors and internal teams to maintain brand voice and compliance.
• Own learning and training strategy across onboarding, continuous learning, and product rollouts.
• Champion global readiness for product launches, expansion, and regulatory changes.
• Drive operational insights using metrics and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
• Influence senior leadership and partner with cross-functional and vendor leaders at scale.
• Build a high-performing ecosystem with augmented staff and contractors to deliver world-class processes and content.
• Lead change at scale by ensuring adoption of new processes and platforms.
