Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking an OPS EXL Process Improvement Program Manager to lead PSA BDP’s global OPS EXL team’s project portfolio with a focus on process improvements and automation. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ROI tracking, and executive-level reporting across operations, technology, analytics and CoEs.

The role requires 5–10 years in 3PL or supply chain management, plus 5 years of program management handling large technology project portfolios and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in 3PL or supply chain management.
• 5 years project management experience.
• 5 years handling large/complex technology projects portfolio and budgets.
• Experience navigating global organizational complexity in large projects.
• Experience producing artifacts for executive level consumption.
• Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement certification or experience.
• Open to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Part of global OPS EXL organization and manage its project portfolio.
• Lead improvements and automation across operations, technology, analytics, and CoEs.
• End-to-end portfolio management for technology-led projects.
• Oversee budget spend and ROI for projects.
• Collaborate with IT/Digital, CoEs and OPS EXL stakeholders.
• Inception to execution of initiatives under process improvement/automation.
• Document program artefacts (exec decks, business cases, tracking, updates).
• Influence stakeholders and lead change management.
• Provide training and execution support for OPS EXL initiatives.
